Bear with me while I run around my new home and revel in its gorgeousness. Paul and I went to Yellowstone on Wednesday and what started out to be a kind of crummy day turned out to be spectacularly beautiful. We saw super-saturated landscapes after the rain (find the rainbow in the photo below) and had a short-lived encounter with a grizzly– our very first bear sighting in the park.

We’re off to Texas (our home state) for a couple of weeks, and I probably won’t be popping in, but one of these days we’ll land. For now I’m enjoying the wanderlust.
