Those mesh bags....like for fruit, or the ones I used were those pink ones from Asian bean thread/cellophane noodles. Tough, not chokeable by themselves, and still let the crinkle through. I used to stuff empty chip packets in them and tie them tight for the kids when they were babies....they LOVED them! Cute ball!
