I used to collect stickers as a kid, too, and I still have quite a few of them left. I loved to put way too many stickers on envelopes for hand written letters, so that the recipient would feel like the were getting something special. And honestly, one of my favorite stickers (maybe this says something about me) was the Mr. Yuck stickers I got from Poison Control at some point. I don't why. I guess I'm strange. These crafty stickers look awesome!

I too had a huge collection of stickers as a child that I would never use. I had a whole shoebox full of them. I would even take the stickers off my homework and stick them on wax paper when I got home. I started teaching ballet about 6 years ago and used them on the floor as sort of a seating arrangement so the little ones would know where to sit and stand during class. And I would give them a sticker on their hand after each class. They loved them because they were different each class. I don’t teach now, but I would use them to label my yarn and craft bins and also use them for birthday mail.

hmmm. pardon me as i am unable to express myself well…my most memorable sticker would have to be the sheet of precious moments stickers that was given to me by my aunt before she migrated. it has been about a decade since she gave it to me and i still have yet to use any of it. when i look back at my sticker collection, that sheet of sticker indeed brings back alot of happy memories that i had with my aunt. she was my closest aunt who was always treated me like i was her daughter. indeed, that sheet of stickers is very dear to me and i truly treasure it.

I have always had a thing for office labels, and this new vintage look of labels are just what I need for wrapping up my sold items to ship out. I’m always looking for interesting labels to keep on hand for packaging.

I love to recycle envelopes and would use the stickers the same way you have. My favorite stickers are those with flowers on them; but, only because I’ve never found stickers with a crafty/sewing theme! My flower stickers may have some competition!!

A couple of months ago, I was cleaning off an overly full book shelf and found my sticker books from the 80’s.. I was really, really excited to look back at the ones I collected. I had a whole page of smelly stickers and they still smelled over 20 years later!! They were a bunch of mexican food stickers (tacos, burritos, etc.) so they all smelled like a package of taco seasoning! ha! But my absolute favorite sticker memory is when I went to piano lessons as a child, the teacher would give us a sticker on the pages we learned and practiced. She had a big pile of stickers on a table that we got to pick from! That was the neatest thing and probably where my love of stickers came from! Now I just wish I still knew how to play the piano..
