2009 was a tough year, but I made it through.  I expect it to be quiet through January on this here blog  due to a push-to-the -finish on a work project of mine, but I hope to be back soon!

In 2009 I:

-Lost a Brother-in-Law and subsequently but became a lot closer to my family

-Published my first book of crochet patterns, Crochet Adorned

-Moved from Montana to Texas

-Published crochet and sewing designs in several magazines and online

-Spun my first hank of yarn on a drop spindle

-Bought my first car (yay!)

I looked through my photostream to see if I should do a roundup, but wouldn’t you know, the last 6 months are all filled with family and travel and not so much with crafts? Partly due to moving, partly due to a big secret project. I’m still adjusting, it always takes longer than I think! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and aren’t having too much of the post-holiday mully grubbies (that’s what we call them around these parts, and my whole family has them. sigh). May 2010 be full of better things.
